By submitting a nomination for the BTG Awards 2025, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

Nominees must be based in the UK and operate within the Hair, Beauty, Aesthetics, or related industries.

You may self-nominate or nominate another individual or business with their consent.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

2. Nomination Process

All nomination forms must be completed in full with accurate and honest information.

A minimum of one category must be selected to enter.

You must select the correct region that best represents your area of service.

Supporting content (photos/videos/social links) must reflect your own original work or, if nominating someone else, you must have permission to share their work.

3. Payment & Bundles

Each category entry requires a non-refundable processing fee of £10.

Bundle discounts are available for multiple category entries:

10 categories: £75

Payment must be completed in full at the time of nomination submission. Unpaid entries will not be considered.

4. Use of Content

By entering, you grant BTG Awards permission to use your submitted images, videos, and descriptions for promotional purposes, including on social media, digital campaigns, and during the awards announcement.

All nominees will receive a BTG Nominee Badge which may be used on digital content and marketing material for promotional use only.

5. Judging & Public Voting

Entries will be reviewed by a BTG Awards panel. Shortlisted finalists may proceed to public voting depending on category. The decision of BTG Awards is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding results or feedback.

6. Code of Conduct

All nominees and participants must behave respectfully and professionally throughout the process.

BTG Awards reserves the right to disqualify any entry found to be misleading, inappropriate, or in breach of the T&Cs.

7. Privacy & Data

All personal data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and will not be shared with third parties outside of the BTG Awards process.

8. Changes to Categories or Schedule

BTG Awards reserves the right to amend, merge, or remove categories if deemed necessary.

Launch and announcement dates are subject to change, but all participants will be notified in advance of any updates.
